United Way of Odessa, TX is the leader of a powerful movement to build strong, successful families and a better West Texas, a movement that unequivocally touches thousands of lives each year. Working with a team of dedicated volunteers, our organization collaborates with more than 35 our area’s best community organizations to deliver health and human services programs that improve the quality of circumstance of children and adults representative of a cross-section of our community.
