United Way of Odessa, Texas is the most influential and respected private health and human service organization in Ector County. Our organization funds 26 strong, viable, and well-managed program services for 16 agencies, helping people to fulfill basic needs and positively impacting their lives.
Through the United Way process, we engage the entire community to critically assess its pressing needs and develop strategies and services to alleviate them.
